Refunds & Returns

 

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our skincare products, we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind or opened items.

 

We will gladly replace or refund products if they are:

 

• Faulty or damaged,

• Incorrect or not as described, or

• Not delivered due to our error.

 

 

Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery by emailing theoremtallow@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
