Our products are crafted with natural, high-quality ingredients. As every skin is unique, results may vary. All products are for cosmetic use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD.
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or product unavailability.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via Australia Post within 2–3 business days of purchase.
A flat rate of $15 AUD applies to all domestic orders.
Once shipped, delivery times are outside our control.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate, as we cannot reroute parcels once dispatched.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or opened products.

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if your order is:

Faulty or damaged
Incorrect or not as described
Lost in transit due to our error
