Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are packed with care on the South Coast, Australia. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before dispatch.

Shipping method & rate

We ship with Australia Post tracked parcel service at a flat rate of $15 AUD Australia-wide.

Order tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your parcel leaves us. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hrs to appear.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

If you select ATL, the carrier may leave your parcel in a safe place. We can’t replace items marked Delivered when ATL is used.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We’re unable to reroute parcels once shipped. Returned parcels due to address errors can be re-sent at the buyer’s cost.

Delays

Weather and carrier delays are outside our control. We’ll always help where we can, but transit times are estimates only.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at theoremtallow@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right
